A series of Zn_(1-x)Cd_xO thin films have been fabricated on sapphire by pulsed-laser deposition(PLD), successfully. To investigate the effect of Cd concentration on structural and optical properties of Zn_(1-x)Cd_xO films, x-ray diffraction(XRD),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-vis), and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) are employed to characterize the films in detail. The XRD pattern indicates that the Zn_(1-x)Cd_xO thin films have high single-orientation of the c axis. The energy bandgap values of ZnCdO thin films decrease from 3.26 eV to 2.98 eV with the increasing Cd concentration(x)according to the(αhν)~2–hν curve. Furthermore, the band offsets of Zn_(1-x)Cd_xO/ZnO heterojunctions are determinated by XPS, indicating that a type-I alignment takes place at the interface and the value of band offset could be tuned by adjusting the Cd concentration.  相似文献

为了实现傅里叶变换成像光谱仪的静态化与高通量,提出一种基于多级微镜的时空混合调制成像光谱仪,其干涉系统是利用一个多级微镜代替迈克尔逊干涉仪中的平面镜,其显著特点是无运动部件和限制系统光通量的狭缝,可同时获得目标的干涉图与二维空间图像。该成像光谱仪利用前置成像系统将目标成像到干涉系统的平面镜与多级微镜上,利用多级微镜的结构特点对两成像光束的光程差进行调制,然后通过后置成像系统获得不同干涉级次的目标图像。首先通过对该成像光谱仪干涉系统光谱信噪比的分析,明确了光谱信噪比与图像信噪比之间的关系,确定了多级微镜的特征参数。为了确保每个阶梯面所对应光程差的恒定性,通过对前置成像系统成像过程的分析,确定了前置成像系统像方远心的光路结构;通过对系统视场角与光程差之间关系的分析和计算,确定了前置成像系统的设计指标并完成了光学设计。为了保证后置成像系统不引入额外的光程差,通过对后置成像系统成像特点的分析,确定了后置成像系统双远心的光路结构;通过对系统入射孔径角与阶梯级数之间关系的分析和计算,最终设计出满足系统性能需求的后置成像系统。通过对各单元系统的理论分析与光学设计,为静态化与高通量成像光谱仪的发展提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

Cd_xZn_(1-x)S/Cu_2ZnSnS_4 (CZTS)-based thin film solar cells usually use Cd S as a buffer layer, but due to its smaller band gap(2.4 e V), Cd S film has been replaced with higher band gap materials. The cadmium zinc sulfide(Cd Zn S) ternary compound has a higher band gap than other compounds, which leads to a decrease in window absorption loss. In this paper, the band offsets at Cd_xZn_(1-x)S/Cu_2ZnSnS_4 (CZTS) heterointerface are calculated by the first-principles, densityfunctional and pseudopotential method. The band offsets at Cd_(1-x)Zn_x S/CZTS heterointerface are tuned by controlling the composition of Zn in Cd_(1-x)Zn_x S alloy, the calculated valence band offsets are small, which is consistent with the commonanion rule. The favorable heterointerface of type-I with a moderate barrier height( 0.3 e V) can be obtained by controlling the composition of Zn in Cd_(1-x)Zn_x S alloy between 0.25 and 0.375.  相似文献

Beam-based BPM offset calibration was carried out for Injector II at the C-ADS demonstration facility at the Institute of Modern Physics(IMP), Chinese Academy of Science(CAS). By using the steering coils integrated in the quadrupoles, the beam orbit can be effectively adjusted and BPM positions recorded at the Medium Energy Beam Transport of the Injector II Linac. The studies were done with a 2 m A, 2.1 Me V proton beam in pulsed mode.During the studies, the "null comparison method" was applied for the calibration. This method is less sensitive to errors compared with the traditional transmission matrix method. In addition, the quadrupole magnet's center can also be calibrated with this method.  相似文献

利用物理光学相关知识及Collins衍射积分公式和硬边光阑的复高斯函数分解法,推导得到目标处干涉图样条纹间距与光学目标反射光时间分布关系的解析表达式.从原理分析、仿真计算和实验研究等方面研究了干涉场的条纹间距、光学目标口径参数和反射光时间分布包络的峰峰数、峰峰间距和峰峰比之间定量关系.结果表明,当条纹间距的大小约为目标的口径尺寸时,反射光时间分布包络的峰峰数由单峰向多峰过渡,峰峰间距和峰峰比曲线会出现极大值,根据这一变化规律可以估测出光学目标的口径参数,其估测精度受条纹间距可调节范围的影响.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of spectrum sensing of OFDM signals for cognitive radios is considered. It is proposed to detect the cyclostationary features introduced in an OFDM signal due to inter-pilot correlation. The performance of the proposed detector is derived and verified in case of AWGN channels. It is observed that the performance of cyclostationary detectors relies on the knowledge of the exact value of the cyclic frequency of the signal of interest. However, an offset in the cyclic frequency may arise due to several reasons. Therefore, for the proposed detector to perform reliably, there is a need to estimate the cyclic frequency offset. The Cramer–Rao bound for the cyclic frequency offset (CFO) estimator is derived, and based on it, two algorithms to estimate and compensate for the CFO are proposed. Simulation results are then used to study the performance of the proposed detection technique under Rayleigh fading both in the presence and the absence of CFO. The performance of the proposed system model is also studied under fast fading, and an alternative test statistic is proposed.  相似文献

Filter bank multicarrier (FBMC) systems are active candidates for the physical layer of the fifth generation of wireless communication networks (5G). The combination of FBMC system with the coordinated multipoint (CoMP) has been proposed to improve the performance of mobile terminals (MT) located at the cell edge. Accurate estimation of carrier frequency offset (CFO) and channel has great importance in communication systems. In this paper, a data-aided joint maximum likelihood (ML) CFO and channel estimation is proposed for the downlink of CoMP. Notably choosing the proper training sequences from Hadamard matrix for different base stations (BSs) reduces the complexity of estimator. Additionally joint CFO correction and channel equalization has been studied at the MT. Finally, we evaluate the efficacy of the presented algorithms using simulation.  相似文献

An assessment of the data processing and analysis methods used to obtain the second- and fourth-rank orientational order parameters of liquid crystals from X-ray scattering experiments has been carried out, using experimental data from four extensively studied alkyl-cyanobiphenyls and calculated data generated from two general types of theoretical orientational distribution function. The application of a background subtraction and two different baseline correction methods to the scattering profiles is assessed, along with three different methods to analyse the processed data. The choice of baseline correction method is shown to have a significant effect: an offset to zero overestimates the order parameters from the experimental and calculated data sets, particularly for lower order parameters arising from broad distributions, whereas an offset to a value estimated from regions of low scattering intensity provides experimental values close to those reported from other experimental techniques. By contrast, the three different analysis methods are shown generally to result in relatively small absolute differences between the order parameters. We outline a straightforward general approach to experimental X-ray scattering data processing and analysis for uniaxial phases that results in order parameters that match well with those reported using other experimental techniques.  相似文献

One of the major problems in amperometric biosensors based on detection of H2O2 produced by enzymatic reaction between oxidase enzymes and substrate is the interference of redox active compounds such as ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). To minimize these interferences, sodium bismuthate was used for the first time as an insoluble pre‐oxidant in the flow injection (FI) amperometric glucose biosensor at a Glucose oxidase (GOx) immobilized Pt/Pd bimetallic modified pre‐anodized pencil graphite electrode (p.PGE). In this context, these interfering compounds were injected into a flow injection analysis (FIA) system using an injector which was filled with NaBiO3. Thus, these interferents were converted into their redox inactive oxidized forms before reaching the electrode in the flow cell. While glucose was not influenced by the pre‐oxidant in the injector, the huge oxidation peak currents of the interferents decreased significantly in the biosensor. FI amperometric current time curves showed that the AA, DA and UA were minimized by 96 %, 86 %, and 98 % respectively, in the presence of an equivalent concentration of interferences in a 1.0 mM glucose solution. The proposed FI amperometric glucose biosensor exhibits a wide linear range (0.01–10 mM, R2=0.9994) with a detection limit of 2.4×10?3 mM. Glucose levels in the artificial serum and two real samples were successfully determined using the fabricated FI amperometric biosensor.  相似文献
